When will I get my order?
Your order will be delivered to your address as quickly as possible. As soon as you place your order, the closest driver to your location will be sent your order information. We try to get your order to you in less than 45 minutes. Of course, we cannot control weather, traffic, or store lineups so we will be sure to keep you updated on how long your order will be.
How are you guys different from the other guys?
We provide a unique customer experience, with order updates, so you're never left hanging. We also do not charge for Debit, it is included in our lower pricing. We take in all feedback, and are actively developing our app, and are completely open to suggestions.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to London, ON, which includes Lambeth, Byron, Somerside, Sunningdale
Which stores do you deliver from?
We typically deliver from LCBO, Beer Store, and Wine Rack. However, we are actively looking for ways to partner with Local breweries, wineries and restaurants, to provide you a great all-in-one experience.
How will I receive order updates?
We will send your cell phone number text updates, this way you don’t have to wait at your door wondering when we will get there. You can follow your driver's location on a map, similar to Uber and DoorDash
Can I make changes to my submitted order?
Absolutely! Please call us as quickly as possible with any updates or changes, so we can send your driver the new information. Alternatively, you can also text/call your driver using the provided link. We make sure you always have an open communication line with us and the drivers.
Can I cancel my order?
We get it. Sometimes you change your mind. Please call us within 5 minutes of placing your order so we can remove it from our driver’s order list. Due to the current CoVid situation, returns cannot be processed on any items, which means if your driver has already picked up your order, and is nearing arrival, we ask that you please accept the order.
What happens if an item I want is not available or out of stock?
Our drivers will make every attempt to contact you if there is a specific product that is not available. If they cannot reach you, they may substitute with a similar item of a similar price point. If the item is exactly equivalent, same brand and price (such as 15 regular cans vs 12 tall boys), the driver may make a discretionary call to get your order delivered quickly. You can also mention substitutes in brackets ex. 26 Smirnoff (or Absolut) on your order form.
How do I report a problem with my order?
If you have a problem with your order, please let us know right away. You can call us at 1-833-3GOT-YOU (468-968), and one of our customer support representatives will look after your concerns immediately!
Should I tip my Personal Shopper?
Tips are not required, but Shoppers appreciate recognition of their hard work. Shoppers receive the entire amount of your tip. You can tip using your debit, credit card or cash at the door.
